 Sobre o Mercado Cultural
A cada passo é o tema da XI edição do Mercado Cultural que versa em torno da celebração do ritmo. Este tema propõe uma pausa meditativa orquestrada pelo pulsar da respiração e pelas batidas do coração sincronizadas no percurso da nossa Caravana Cultural multidisciplinar, dialogando com o conceito de Economia Criativa.
As cidades envolvidas nesta edição são Dário Meira, Boa Nova, Valentim (distrito de Boa Nova), Ibirataia, Jaguaquara, Vitória da Conquista, Ferradas (distrito de Itabuna) e Salvador.
Desenvolvendo Mercados Culturais
O programa de desenvolvimento de mercados nos territórios da
Bahia instala, nos municípios em
foco, um dos principais espaços
para discussão de políticas públicas e privadas na área cultural no
Brasil. O Mercado Cultural é uma iniciativa que dá espaço a talentos, amplia o engajamento cultural, promove trabalhos artísticos, dá visibilidade à cultura e oferece oportunidades de intercâmbio artístico e cultural, além de possibilitar o desenvolvimento profissional. O Mercado proporciona também a capacitação de jovens, a partir de 18 anos, de diversas classes sociais, para trabalharem durante a execução
desse projeto, gerando mais oportunidades para a inserção no mercado de trabalho.
Sobre as inscrições
As inscrições para participar do Mercado Cultural não têm mais prazo de encerramento. Portanto, durante todo o ano estamos recebendo os materiais em meio digital para o seguinte endereço:

- Música – CD de música + release em CD de dados;
- Artes Cênicas (dança ou teatro) – vídeo em DVD + release do espetáculo em CD;
- Artes Visuais – portfólio + currículo do artista, ambos em CD ou DVD.
About Cultural Market
At each step is the theme of the XI edition of the Mercado Cultural Festival, which concerns to the celebration of rhythm. This theme proposes a meditative pause orchestrated by the breath pulsing and the heartbeats that are synchronized on the journey of our multidisciplinary Cultural Caravan, dialoguing with the concept of Creative Economy.
The cities involved in this edition are Dário Meira, Valentim (district of Boa Nova), Ibirataia, Vitória da Conquista, Ferradas (district of Itabuna) and Salvador.
Developing Cultural Markets
The program of developing markets on the territory of Bahia installs, in the municipalities in focus, one of the main areas for discussion of public and private polices in the cultural field in Brazil. The Mercado Cultural is an initiative that gives space to people’s talent, expands the commitment with culture, promotes artistic works, gives visibility to the culture, provides opportunities for artistic and cultural exchange and also makes possible the professional advancement. The Mercado Cultural also provides vocational training for young people from 18 years old and of different social classes to work on the execution of this project, creating more opportunities for their insertion on the labour market.
About registering
The registration for participating on the X Mercado Cultural no longer has a deadline. Therefore, registering will be possible throughout the year by sending material to the following address:

The needed material is:
- Musicians - Music album + description about the artist or band and the developed work on data CD;
- Performing arts (dance or theatre) - Copy of the spectacle in DVD + description of the spectacle and developed work on a CD;
- Visual Arts - Artist’s portfolio + artist’s CV, both on CD or DVD.
